He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MODERN FLOORS & WALLS®, an internationally expanding flooring and interior finishing solutions brand with business operations in Ghana, the United Arab Emirates and Kenya. The MODERN FLOORS® trademark is registered in the United Kingdom.

Basil also leads Ticket Ghana Ltd. and established the Basil David Anthony Foundation, whose SEED Clubs initiative promotes entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation among young people.
