I have a dream to build affordable sustainable cities across the continent of Africa to cater for millions of African’s who are currently not homeowners due to exorbitant cost of accommodation beyond their repayment abilities.

This dream was born out of a plan to build luxury apartments in the city of Accra, Ghana but upon completion of all plans and permits i realised the project was about to join the existing pool of developers serving the less than 5% elite.

La Rosa City was born, a community of homes that will cost between 30,000usd to 50,000usd to own, this immediately will create more home owners and boost the mortgage facilities of banks who can now serve a wider demographics.

This initiative is expected to create new opportunities, enhance local economies, and contribute to the broader vision of Africa’s development.
