I have a dream to build Africas premier residential & commercial cities to be able to cater for millions of Africans who are currently not homeowners due to exhorbitant cost of accommodation beyond their repayment abilities.
This dream was born out of a plan to build luxury apartments in the city of Accra, but upon completion of all plans and permits i realised i was about to join the exisiting pool of developers serving the less than 5% elite.
La Rosa City was born, a community of homes that will cost between 30,000usd to 50,000usd to own, this immediately will create more home owners and boost the mortgage facilities of banks who can now serve a wider dermographics
